This museum quality collection is composed of over 170 articles of dress that date between 1968 & the present. Furthermore, Sultani is as unique in content as it is in illustration. Where three renowned artists: Hayv Kahraman, Fatima Lootah & Mohammed Mandi contributed to make each page a visual masterpiece.
Qasr al Husn, An Architectural Survey
The first edition of this book was published in 1996. The author recorded details of the oldest standing building in the emirate of Abu Dhabi (built between 1793 and 1816). It was first inhabited by Sheikh Shakhboot bin Dhiyab Al Nayhan. The book records architectural, decorative and historical details and includes diagrams and photographs of the fort, as well as some details of the lifestyle of its last inhabitants, much of which had not been published before.
A collection of stories issued in 2014. It features Emirati heritage for children, and engages their minds through four books:
- A visit to Qasr Al Husn
- Burj Khalifa
- Horses and hats
- Let’s play dress up
The stories do not only provide entertainment material, but rather spread knowledge in light and gentle doses, especially since the characters are carefully drawn in pastel colours, and the dialogs between them our short and presented in both Arabic and English.
This unique book was first published in 2013. It combines the aphorisms related to charity and actions related to charity that develops both the self and society at the same time. The aim is to inform, educate & inspire an evolution to a compassionate, active & involved youth that helps translate into a tangible fruitful future woven from productive & responsible individuals
