Bārtūgh: (Pashtun), wide pants that are gathered at the waist creating multiple folds and giving the pants a great breadth. The fabric then tapers at the ankles like an ankle bracelet. The (Partug) is usually worn under different forms of Pashtun/Afghani tunic dresses (Firāq) and cloaks (tsāda).
